On 21 and 22 April, List Sotheby’s International Realty, Singapore, held the Singapore sales exhibition for TriTower Residence, a development project in Johor Bahru, Malaysia.
The event drew a strong crowd and garnered good sale figures of more than 20 units booked over the two days despite the rain. Many people had seen the advertisements in both the English and Chinese daily newspapers and made their way down to the office during the weekend or made appointments to view earlier. There were also walk-ins who couldn’t even wait and headed to the office to make enquiries immediately after they saw the advertisements.
Mr Leong Boon Hoe, Chief Operating Officer, said: “We are delighted that the TriTower event has gone on smoothly and was a great success. We will continue to build on the momentum and make TriTower another feather in our hat. The event has displayed the strength of the sales team at List Sotheby’s International Realty.”
Following the two-day sales exhibition period, there were still walk-ins and enquiries on a regular basis.
The Singapore office of List Sotheby’s International Realty features its own 900 sq ft exhibition hall. Besides sales exhibitions, the company also uses the space for regular briefings and training for Relationship Managers and for hosting of events for clients and partners.
“The company is aiming to take our project marketing capabilities to a whole new level. With reliable data that we gathered through a lot of rigorous research, and through regular intensive briefings and trainings, we ensure that our Relationship Managers are well equipped to answer any questions that our clients may have and be assured of our service and commitment. This is how we will continue to stand out among the other agencies,” added Mr Leong.
